Job Description:
The Store Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the products and services of the store to customers. This includes identifying customer needs, providing product information, and offering excellent customer service to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet and engage customers as they enter the store, identify their needs and provide product information to help them make informed purchase decisions

Achieve and exceed sales targets through active promotion of products and services, up-selling and cross-selling

Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, and effectively communicate them to customers

Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints or issues, and maintain a positive customer experience

Participate in store merchandising activities, including arranging products and ensuring that the store is clean and well-organized

Conduct inventory counts and assist in managing store inventory levels

Process customer transactions including handling cash

Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inventory levels

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends, and attend training sessions and product launches as required

Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service objectives

**Requirements**:
graduation with some post-secondary education in sales or business administration is preferred

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment in same sector (sanitary, paints, and other related items)

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Knowledge of retail sales and marketing principles and strategies

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales software like tally

Ability to lift and carry up to 30kg and stand for extended periods of time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
