
Store Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring high service standards.
- Manage store inventory, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Handle billing accuracy, cash management, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Train and develop staff in sales techniques, product knowledge, and store procedures.
- Implement visual merchandising and maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to improve store performance.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and operations reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (Business/Management preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail management (footwear, apparel, or lifestyle preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of POS/billing systems and basic MS Office.
- Goal-driven with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Professional grooming and customer-oriented mindset.
