Job Purpose
- Manage and own FRM systems
- Drive end-to-end project management and delivery
- Coordinate across IT, Product, Sales, and other stakeholders
- Engage with FRM Managers for continuous feedback and improvements
- Monitor and adopt relevant industry best practices

Qualifications & Experience
- Tech graduate, MBA
- 3+ years of similar experience

Functional Competencies - Project management, Tech enthusiast
Main Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end project management including BRD creation, FSD sign-off, UAT testing, and post-deployment validation
- Ensure system stability by monitoring production issues, maintaining uptime, and leveraging automation for proactive issue detection
- Govern project and issue trackers with automation and AI-enabled analytics to improve visibility, accuracy, and efficiency
- Drive adoption of FRM system functionalities by tracking usage, analyzing gaps, and enabling seamless user experience
- Collaborate with IT, Product, Sales, and other stakeholders to deliver business-aligned, tech-enabled solutions
- Identify and implement automation and AI opportunities to reduce manual interventions, strengthen fraud detection, and enhance operational efficiency
- Provide strategic insights to senior management through progress reporting, adoption metrics, and recommendations for scalable improvements
