Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Understanding Technical Product Requirement from Customer.
  2. Design & Develop Electronic LED Driver for Domestic & Global Market.
  3. Topology selection, Schematic understanding & Finalization.
  4. Fair designing understanding of power electronics.
  5. Component selection & finalization.
  6. Simulation software hands on experience
  7. Magnetics knowledge for designing Transformer & Coils as per requirement.
  8. Testing, Troubleshooting & Report preparation.
  9. Understanding of Equipments & its operation required for LED driver testing.
  10. People management to handle a project.
  11. Independent handling of any development project.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  1. Basic knowledge of Electronic principles including analog & Digital circuits.
  2. Basic understanding of power electronics &various SMPS Topologies
  3. Knowledge of Local & International product Standard(e.g IEC,BIS,IS)
  4. Ability to solve problems logically.
  5. Should work independently with minimal support.
  6. Good interpersonal and communication skill,
  7. Knowledge of ISO/EMS.
  8. Knowledge of MS 0ffice.
  9. Knowledge of SAP preferable.
  10. Basic Knowledge of ECAD Software for Schematic drawing, PCB layout reading.
  11. Presentation Skills

Essential Criteria:

BE/ME in electronics Engineering, lighting design experience is preferable.
