Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Executive, HR who can be a catalyst for change and help us strengthen our people function during this crucial phase. This is not a routine HR role, it's an opportunity to shape systems, drive compliance and rebuild processes in a company that is transforming for long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Support the senior leadership in driving organisational change and people initiatives.

·      Take ownership of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws) and employee relations.

·      Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, SOPs and appraisal systems aligned with business needs.

·      Maintain accurate and timely HR documentation, databases and MIS reports.

·      Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, ensuring clarity, transparency and responsiveness.

·      Coordinate with external consultants, auditors and statutory bodies as required.

·      Provide analytical insights on workforce data to support decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

· years of HR experience (manufacturing/engineering/industrial background preferred).

·  Completed schooling in an English-medium environment
with strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Bengali/Hindi will be considered an added advantage.

·      Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance and payroll.

·      Ability to work in a lean team environment with high accountability.

·      Hands-on attitude with strong Excel and documentation skills.

·      Comfortable navigating change and helping establish new HR systems & processes.

·      Resilient, trustworthy and aligned with values of integrity, discipline and responsibility.
