Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a strategic and accomplished Head of Human Resources to lead our people and culture initiatives. As a key member of the leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that directly support our business goals, enhance our organizational culture, and drive employee engagement and performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong track record of building and managing all facets of a modern HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with our overall business objectives. Provide thought leadership on organizational design, change management, and long-term talent strategy.
- Talent Management: Lead all aspects of talent management, including recruitment, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development. Drive strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Culture & Employee Engagement: Champion our company culture by designing and implementing programs that foster a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven work environment. Manage feedback mechanisms and lead action plans to improve engagement.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management system, ensuring it promotes a culture of continuous feedback, accountability, and goal alignment.
- Compensation & Benefits: Lead the compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring our programs are competitive, equitable, and align with market benchmarks.
- Learning & Development: Establish a strong learning culture by developing programs that enhance skills and capabilities across all levels of the organization.
- HR Compliance & Analytics: Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and best practices to mitigate risk. Use data and HR metrics to inform business decisions and optimize HR operations.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing HR team, providing expert guidance to both team members and business leaders.
Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 13years of total experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An MBA or PGDM is preferred.
- Skills: You must have in-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to execution. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills are essential.
