Applications,Bachelor Of ScienceService LineCloud & Infrastructure ServicesResponsibilitiesExperience in configuration, installation, management and troubleshooting of Firewall and load balancersExperience in managing firewalls like VMWare NSX-T and CheckpointGood understanding of TAG concept in NSX-TF5 platform (LTM/GTM)/ VMWare AVI experience including creating and managing VIPS, Pools, health monitors, and iRules.Excellent knowledge solution design skills in BIG IP F5 Load balancer (LTM /GTM)Strong understanding for DNS architectureMust have experience constructing iRules from technical requirementsMust have a solid grasp of the F5/AVI CLI command set.Troubleshoot traffic and connectivity issues through load balancersUtilize packet capture features to aid in analysis of reported issuesUnderstanding of networking protocols TCPIP, SMTP, FTP, HTTP, SNMP, Syslog, SSH etc.Experience in implementation and software upgrade on Load balancersResolve production critical and escalated issues and provide root cause analysisCoordination with OEM vendors with respect to support cases and license management.Planning and executing DR drills in coordination with other teamsAdvanced troubleshooting production incidents and performing Capacity Management.Engaging problem management process for root cause determination & permanent corrective action.Training L1/L2/L3 colleagues on various operational topics both technical and process.Technical and Professional Requirements:Datacenter Firewall Administration and OperationsExperience in managing CheckPoint, VMWare NSX T FirewallExpertise in F5 Load balancer (LTM/GTM)Expertise in VMWare AVI Load balancerGood understanding of DC Network Routing/Switching conceptsGood knowledge on DNS/DHCP/IPAMExtensive design, implementation and Operational experience of Load balancers and Firewall in a large Enterprise DC environmentCertification in F5 Loadbalancer /VMWare NSX-T/AVI LoadbalancerKnowledge in Service Now ticketing toolPreferred Skills:Technology->Infrastructure Security->Virtual Private NetworkFirewall->VMware vCloud Networking & SecurityTechnology->Network->SwitchingTechnology->Network-Firewall_and_Media->Check PointTechnology->Network-Load Balancer->F5->Load balancerTechnology->Networking->Routing technologies
