Cloud Support Consultant M/F/X

  • You'll become part of a global team at the forefront of cloud and hosting services.
  • As an Cloud Support Consultant you will have to discover our innovative services and solutions.

Your main responsibilities :

  • Experience in cloud support, consulting, or infrastructure operations.

  • Strong knowledge of Cloud Computing and Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar).

  • Hands-on experience with VMware NSX and VMware Cloud Director (VCD).

  • Proficiency in Networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, etc.).

  • Familiarity with Public Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Your future impact

In 6 months

  • Build credibility as a go-to consultant for troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Contribute to successful disaster recovery drills and improved cloud service performance.

And in 1 year

  • Gain hands-on expertise in VMware NSX, VCD, and public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Skills required :

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to cloud services, networking, and virtualization environments.

  • Work with VMware NSX and VCD to manage virtualized network and cloud environments.

  • Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or VMware Cloud).

  • Assist in planning and implementing disaster recovery (DR) strategies and ensure DR readiness.
