Responsibilities and Duties:

· Prepare reports on pending payments and receipts

· Checking bank statements on everyday basis for transaction history

· Checking for payment updates with purchase department and clearing cheques

· Ensuring deposit of cheque and clearing of cheque on time

· Getting sanction on payments

· Getting approval from Managing Director on various sanctions, for payment through various modes

· Making various payments i.e. for tenders, EB, other bills, rent etc.

· Follow up for payments with customers and suppliers

· Follow up with auditor for various compliances

· GST Filing on regular basis

· Investor payments

· Coordinating for bank loan process

· Updating and maintaining procedural documentation

· Cash flow management

· Forecasting expenses and managing funds

· Preparing budgets for upcoming financial year

· Maintaining up-to-date general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and taxes
