Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Tally ERP for managing end-to-end accounting functions. The ideal candidate must have high proficiency in purchase & sales entries, inventory management, and day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations using Tally ERP.
  • Record and monitor purchase and sales entries accurately.
  • Handle inventory management including stock reconciliation and tracking.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain ledgers, journals, vouchers, and all financial records.
  • Prepare GST reports, monthly statements, and assist in audit documentation.
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor/supplier accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth financial operations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7–10 years of strong experience in Tally ERP (mandatory).
  • High proficiency in purchase and sales accounting.
  • Excellent knowledge of inventory management in Tally.
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliances.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience managing full accounting cycles for SMEs/manufacturing/trading companies.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-volume entries.
