Role Overview
We are looking for experienced and driven Admission Counsellors to join our International Sales team. The role involves counselling international learners, managing the end-to-end admission process, and achieving enrollment and revenue targets while representing upGrad in global education markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Counsel international learners, especially US-based candidates, and align their career goals with appropriate upGrad programs
• Manage the complete admission lifecycle from initial outreach to enrollment closure
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
• Build strong relationships with prospective learners through effective communication
• Stay updated on global education trends and program offerings
Shift Timings
• APAC: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• EMEA: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM / 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• US / NA: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Compensation Structure
• NA / EMEA / APAC Markets: ₹7–9 LPA (Fixed) + ₹4 LPA (Performance Variables)
• US Market: Up to ₹13 LPA (Fixed) – No Variables
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory
• 2–5 years of experience in international admissions, EdTech, or B2C sales
• Strong communication skills; US-neutral accent preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
• Willingness to work rotational and night shifts.
