Boilleo Private Limited. is a growing engineering services provider delivering high-quality technical and operational support to large-scale industrial and power projects across India. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our team at the Adani Power Project site in Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, daily reports, checklists, and project records.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee and support site activities—including installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of mechanical systems/equipment.
  • Monitor work progress, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and report deviations.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and material management for site operations.
  • Provide technical support to the team.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 0–3 years of experience in construction, industrial, or power plant mechanical engineering (freshers may also apply).
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate with site teams.
  • Good understanding of mechanical drawings, installation procedures, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic project documentation tools.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
