  • A site engineer is an engineering professional who works with a site management team to organise and supervise construction projects. They also provide technical advice to construction crews. Site engineers usually work in collaboration with other engineers, architects, interior designers, subcontractors, labourers, craftspeople and other operatives.

Roles And Responsibilities-

  • Conduct civil and site engineering tasks, such as grading, drainage, erosion control, and utility design.
  • Participate in the planning and preparation of engineering documents, reports, and permit applications.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure project deliverables are completed according to schedule and budget.
  • Perform site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
  • Assist in project management duties, including contract administration, procurement, and budget monitoring.
  • Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
  • Responsible for managing and executing projects, including time, quality control and being accountable for project direction.
  • Flexible to work across all areas of the business, and hours to meet the requirements of the challenging position.
  • Supervising construction and building works as per QCS and I.S standards.
  • Delivering projects to the required quality, timeline and budget.
  • Submit Monthly BOQ and Billing Report for Client and Subcontractors.

Knowledge & Skills Required-

  • Working knowledge of construction department.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Ability to communicate verbally, in written form, and ability to read is required.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of components, printed circuit boards, and chemistries used in electronics manufacturing.
  • Ability to effectively communicate (both written and verbal) with suppliers, customers, peers and direct-labour manufacturing personnel.
  • Engineering / Construction work-related skill, knowledge and experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage time well with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate materials knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications-

  • Must be pursuing or complete a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Automation Engineering or equivalent degree.
  • Candidates must be able to read work instructions and other work documents provided in English; must be able to write production and quality information in English; must understand verbal instructions provided in English and must speak basic English.

Pay: ₹16, ₹20,000.00 per month
