Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a
Site Engineer.
The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising on-site work, managing communication between different teams, maintaining quality control, and assisting in structural engineering tasks. The Site Engineer will collaborate closely with civil engineers to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 5–7 years in real estate or construction industry is a plus
  • Quality control skills to ensure adherence to project standards
  • Knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices
  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering in similar field
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project / Primavera
  • Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost control & quantity surveying Strategic ERP
  • Good communication & leadership abilities
