Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Site Engineer, located in Pune. The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring quality control, coordinating with team members, and adhering to project timelines. The engineer will also be responsible for managing on-site operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in on-site project management and coordination
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Proficiency in quality control processes and standards
- Expertise in structural engineering
- Experience in industrial warehouse and sheds
- Team Player and leadership skills
- Strong mangerial experience
- Professional experience as a civil engineer
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Previous experience in real estate or land development projects is a plus
- compulsory Driving license
