We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to lead our B2B library outreach and school engagement initiatives for our upcoming Kadhai Karnival – India's Unique Weigh Lit Book Fest. The candidate will be responsible for approaching schools, libraries, and educational institutions to refresh their book collections and invite them to participate in the carnival.


Key Responsibilities

B2B Library Marketing:

Identify and approach schools, colleges, and institutional libraries for bulk book purchase and library refresh programs.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with principals, librarians, and decision-makers.

Propose tailored book solutions based on curriculum needs, reading programs, and library upgrades.

School Engagement for Kadhai Karnival:

Invite schools to participate in the Kadhai Karnival, encouraging field trips and group visits.

Collaborate with school coordinators for scheduling visits, transport, and student participation.

Promote special sessions (storytelling, drawing, pottery, mascot meets, etc.) to schools as part of the event experience.

Marketing & Outreach Activities:

Execute field visits, tele-calling, and email campaigns to engage institutions.

Distribute promotional materials (brochures, posters, invites) across target schools.

Track outreach progress and report weekly updates on leads and closures.

Coordination & Event Support:

Work closely with the event team to ensure smooth school participation.

Gather feedback from institutions for continuous improvement.


Key Skills & Requirements

Graduate in Marketing/Business/Communication or related field.

1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, institutional sales, or school outreach (freshers with high energy and communication skills may also apply).

Strong communication & presentation skills in English (additional languages will be an added advantage).

Willingness to travel extensively across cities in India for school visits and promotions.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about books, education, and events.


What We Offer

Salary: Rs 20,000 + performance incentives up to Rs 20,000.
