A **Hospital Field Marketing Executive** plays a crucial role in promoting healthcare services and enhancing patient engagement through direct interactions and strategic marketing initiatives. This position involves executing marketing campaigns, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and gathering valuable market insights to drive hospital growth and patient satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Execution**: Implement targeted marketing campaigns, events, and community outreach programs to increase hospital visibility and patient engagement.
- **Customer Engagement**: Interact directly with potential patients at events, clinics, and in the field to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize and execute promotional events, health workshops, and seminars that align with the hospital’s marketing strategy.
- **Market Research**: Collect feedback and insights from patients and healthcare professionals to understand market trends and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and patient acquisition initiatives.
- **Brand Representation**: Serve as the face of the hospital in the field, ensuring consistent messaging and positive patient interactions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the hospital's medical staff and administrative teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and hospital objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing within the healthcare sector is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:
