Responsibility

  • Supervise and guide restaurant/banquet service staff.
  • Greet guests and ensure high service standards.
  • Assign duties, manage shifts, and oversee daily operations.
  • Coordinate with Kitchen & Bar for smooth service.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years' experience in F&B service; at least 1–2 years as Captain/Team Leader.
  • Mandatory: Experience in a star-category hotel/resort.
  • Strong communication, leadership & guest service skills.
  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹17,000.45 per month
