Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Captain at Toshali Sands, Puri. The Captain will be responsible for overseeing the dining experience, managing waitstaff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service. Additional duties include training staff, coordinating with the kitchen, handling guest queries and complaints, and maintaining cleanliness and order of the dining area.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing waitstaff and providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and ability to handle guest queries and complaints
  • Ability to work in a team and coordinate with various departments
  • Relevant industry experience is a plus
  • Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
