Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with strong expertise in Time Tracking and Middle East localization. The role requires a certified EC professional who has successfully delivered at least five end-to-end implementations. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting Employee Central modules including Time Off, Time Sheet, Position Management, and MDF Objects, ensuring compliance with regional legal and regulatory requirements. This position demands excellent functional knowledge, hands-on configuration skills, and the ability to work closely with clients in a consulting capacity.

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and execute at least 5 full life-cycle implementations in Employee Central (EC).
  • Configure and manage Time Off (Leave Policies, Accruals, Carry Forward) and Time Sheet (Shifts, Overtime, Approvals).
  • Set up and maintain Position Management and MDF Objects in line with client requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Middle East localization and legal regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and design solutions.
  • Provide documentation, testing, and post-go-live support.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients on SuccessFactors EC best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Mandatory
  • Minimum 5 end-to-end EC implementations

  • Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Familiarity with Middle East localization & legal requirements
