Role & responsibilities

1. Understanding Hiring Needs

  • Interact with plant HR,retail HR, and department managers to understand role requirements.
  • Draft accurate job descriptions for roles like Production Supervisors, Quality Inspectors, Sales Executives, Retail Store Managers, Logistics Staff, Accounts, HR Executives, etc.

2. Sourcing & Screening

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, recruitment agencies, and campus drives.
  • Maintain a pipeline of blue-collar (factory/warehouse), front-line sales, and staff-level candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

3. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews with plant managers, regional managers, or HR heads.
  • Ensure smooth coordination and timely feedback collection.

4. Offer Management & Onboarding

  • Share salary structures as per company policies.
  • Coordinate offer roll-outs and joining formalities.
  • Collect and verify documents (ID proof, education, work experience).
  • Support in induction and onboarding processes.

5. Recruitment Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment trackers for factory workers, sales force, and staff hiring.
  • Track key metrics: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire.
  • Share weekly/monthly hiring status reports with HR Head.

6. Campus & Bulk Hiring

  • Coordinate campus recruitment for sales trainees, graduate engineers, and diploma holders.
  • Handle mass recruitment drives for factory workers and retail store employees.

7. Compliance & HR Support

  • Ensure recruitment practices follow labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Support HR in employee engagement, attrition analysis, and retention strategies for factory and retail manpower.
