We are seeking a diligent and proactive Senior Executive with a Chartered Accountancy background to manage accounts, finance, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience post-CA (Minimum 1 yr). Candidate should be continuously working from 1 yr post qualification with a CA firm preferred. Gap will not be considered and be capable of handling end-to-end accounting and compliance responsibilities while supporting the management with insights and reports.

Role & responsibilities :-

  1. Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accuracy.

  2. Preparation of MIS reports for management review.

  3. Preparation of cash flow forecasts and monitoring liquidity.

  4. Payroll processing and statutory compliance for Indian employees.

  5. Processing payments to vendors and managing vendor accounts.

  6. TDS calculation, payment, and filing of quarterly TDS returns.

  7. Filing of GST returns and ensuring GST compliance.

  8. ECB (External Commercial Borrowing) return filing and compliance.

  9. Support statutory audits, tax audits, GST audits, and transfer pricing audits.

  10. Company Income Tax Return (ITR) filing and related support.

  11. Assistance with Company Secretary (CS) compliance requirements.

  12. Support internal audit activities and ensure implementation of recommendations.

  13. Coordination with lawyers for various store licenses and legal compliance.

  14. Resolve queries from directors regarding accounting and compliance matters.

  15. Assist store managers in cash operations and fortnightly petty cash issuance.

  16. Banking support and reconciliation.

  17. Undertake any other tasks assigned by the director.

Preferred candidate skills : Qualification & Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) Final/Qualified.
  • Minimum 1 year of post-articleship experience in accounts, finance, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
