Key Responsibilities:

Taxation & Statutory Compliance:

  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Handle responses to notices from tax authorities (GST, TDS, etc.).
  • Oversee tax planning and ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other MIS reports.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for financial planning and decision-making.

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable:

  • Manage and streamline accounts payable processes, including vendor payments, utility payments, rent, etc.
  • Oversee accounts receivable processes ensuring timely collections and accurate invoicing.

Fund Management:

  • Monitor daily cash flows and ensure effective fund management for the company's operational needs.

Accounting & Auditing:

  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping and streamline day-to-day accounting functions.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits, ensuring timely closure and compliance.

Budgeting & Financial Planning:

  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and ensure budgetary control.
  • Participate in financial planning activities and contribute to long-term financial strategies.

Import/Export Documentation:

  • Manage financial documentation related to import/export transactions.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

  • Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring effective delegation and team performance.
  • Coordinate with consultants, auditors, bankers, and other external stakeholders.

Miscellaneous:

  • Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Qualification:
    Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 2 years of experience in taxation, financial analysis, and statutory compliance.
  • Software Proficiency:
    Hands-on experience with Tally, advanced Excel, and other financial software.
  • Key Skills:
    Financial analysis, budgeting, taxation, auditing, team management, and statutory compliance.
