Operations, Associate

About the Role:

Join our team as an Operations Analyst in Merchant Operations, where you will be a key player in ensuring smooth and efficient operational processes within the office environment. Your role will involve making informed decisions, building strong customer relationships, and striving for continuous improvement in operational efficiency while upholding quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your experience in operations processing work in office environments to execute tasks effectively.
  • Engage in exceptional written and email communications to collaborate with stakeholders and address customer inquiries.
  • Make decisions within established guidelines and SOPs, focusing on quality control and efficiency.
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions, developing strong customer relationships, and applying financial product knowledge.
  • Identify and implement tools and services to optimize operational processes and ensure high accuracy levels.
  • Foster an inclusive work environment while enhancing internal control processes and overall operational performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in operations processing work in office environments.
  • Exceptional written and email communication skills for effective stakeholder and customer interactions.
  • Ability to make decisions within SOPs, maintain high standards of quality control, and work independently.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills and proficiency in financial product knowledge.
  • Proven track record in identifying process improvements and implementing tools for operational efficiency.

Knowledge of internal control processes and a high level of accuracy in information processing.
