Job Title: Regional Lead - Offline Store Maintenance
Reports to: National Head - Store Maintenance
Location: Southern Region

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Regional Lead to oversee offline store maintenance function across southern states, responsible for leading a team of 10 maintenance professionals, ensuring timely and efficient maintenance of retail stores. Strong technical background, leadership skills, and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 10 maintenance professionals across 4 states.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coaching to team members.
2. Store Maintenance:
Ensure timely and efficient maintenance of retail stores, including preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and capital projects.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules, work orders, and resource allocation plans.
3. Operational Excellence:
Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, processes, and procedures.
Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics, such as downtime, mean time to repair (MTTR), and mean time between failures (MTBF).
4. Vendor Management:
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract management, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
5. Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with store operations, facilities, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective maintenance operations.
Communicate maintenance plans, schedules, and progress to stakeholders.
6. Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Background in Engineering and Project Management (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or operations, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in retail or FMCG industry having handled multiple locations and senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software (CMMS) and ERP systems.
