Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research for the Indian market in Hindi.
  • Write and develop SEO-optimized content in Hindi based on keyword research.
  • Upload and publish content in WordPress and optimize page structures.
  • Coordinate with designers to create and add visuals to content.
  • Produce or prepare videos and other media assets using AI tools.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush.
  • Provide daily activity reports in English to the central team.
  • Submit KPI-based SEO performance reports every 15 days.

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO.
  • Proven experience in keyword research and content strategy for the Indian market.
  • Ability to create SEO-driven content in Hindi (Hindi language proficiency required).
  • Full proficiency in WordPress (content management and publishing).
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content and video production.

Behavioral Competencies

  • High speed of execution with strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Ability to provide daily activity reports consistently and accurately.
  • Ability to deliver KPI-oriented SEO reports every 15 days with actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail in both text and multimedia content.
  • Teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with international teams.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability to deliver results.

Language Requirements

  • Full proficiency in Hindi as the primary and most widely used language in India.
  • Full proficiency in English for communication with the central team.

  • Knowledge of other widely spoken Indian languages is considered an advantage:
