Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Understand client goals, challenges, and expectations to effectively communicate them to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
  • Brief internal teams (creative, digital, production, etc.) on client expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Coordinate the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate updates to clients regularly.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status and deliverables.
  • Handle client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Address issues and resolve conflicts that may arise during projects.
  • Handle client complaints and work towards effective solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and agreements.
  • Upsell or cross-sell additional services or products to existing clients.
