Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-Founder located in Guwahati. The Co-Founder will play a critical role in shaping the company's strategy, driving sales and marketing initiatives, conducting research, and making data-informed decisions for product and business growth. The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with the organization's vision, mission, and goals.

  • Strong Analytical Skills for decision-making and problem-solving
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing for driving business growth
  • Proficiency in Research, including market analysis and user insights
  • Visionary leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work in dynamic environments
  • Relevant experience in startups, technology products, or community-driven platforms is a plus
