ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be the voice of सादा / SAADAA for our customers. You will handle queries, resolve issues, and ensure our customers feel heard and valued at every touchpoint. This is a great opportunity for someone starting out in customer service who wants to grow in a people-first, solution-oriented environment.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Respond to customer queries via email, phone, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve product, order, or delivery-related issues effectively and empathetically.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, production) to address customer concerns.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights to help improve products and services.
  • Verify customer orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
  • Proactively follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Help build a positive brand image by delivering exceptional service.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Hindi preferred).
  • Empathetic, patient, and a good listener.
  • Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable using basic CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage irate customers professionally.
  • A team player with a genuine desire to help people.
