We are looking for a skilled Front Office Manager to join our team at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and front office management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage the front office team to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality guest experiences.
- Develop and implement effective front office strategies to enhance operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- Supervise and coordinate front office staff activities, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving complaints and issues professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Analyze front office performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in front office management within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance goals.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
