Key Responsibilities

  • Coffee Expertise: Prepare and oversee preparation of espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, and seasonal beverages with consistent quality.
  • Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and schedule barista staff; ensure excellent customer service and efficiency.
  • Menu Development: Create new coffee drinks, seasonal specials, and recommend improvements to the beverage menu.
  • Quality Control: Monitor taste, presentation, and brewing standards daily.
  • Inventory & Ordering: Manage coffee beans, milk, syrups, and equipment supplies; track stock levels and place orders.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools are cleaned and maintained; coordinate servicing when needed.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with guests to share coffee knowledge and enhance the café experience.
  • Standards & Hygiene: Enforce food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene protocols as per FSSAI standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
