Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Content Support Associate to assist with day-to-day semi-technical and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of HTML and CSS, familiarity with websites, content management systems (CMS), and CRM platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, strong communication skills, and a proactive, detail-focused approach to work are essential. Exposure to SEO, email marketing, and Google Analytics, along with the ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and contribute effectively as part of a team, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide semi-technical and administrative support to the content management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks, problem-solving, and process improvement.
- Assist with basic HTML tasks, including formatting content and updating web pages within the company's content management system (CMS).
- Manage, organize, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and CRM data to support operational efficiency.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate communication and timely execution of initiatives.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and assist with the preparation of reports and tracking of content-related issues.
- Support adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), project briefs, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience or exposure to CRM systems and content management systems (CMS).
- Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and Google Analytics, including reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Capable of working independently while contributing positively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and demonstrate a proactive approach to responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar support, administrative, or content management role is a plus.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), CRM platforms, or other customer service tools.
- Exposure to European languages is an added advantage.
