Role Overview

We are looking for a
Business Manager
who will join us at the ground level and play a pivotal role in launching and growing the business. This is a leadership opportunity for someone eager to take ownership, drive growth, and help shape the company's future.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales

  • Identify new business opportunities in software services and IT consulting.
  • Generate leads, pitch solutions, and close client contracts.
  • Build a strong network and manage key accounts for long-term growth.

Operations & Delivery Management

  • Establish project delivery frameworks, quality standards, and client reporting structures.
  • Recruit, build, and lead a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and consultants.
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution and ensure successful client delivery.

Strategic Planning & Market Positioning

  • Define short-term and long-term growth strategies.
  • Research market trends and adapt service offerings accordingly.
  • Work closely with founders on company direction and strategic initiatives.

Financial Management & Resource Planning

  • Monitor revenue, project profitability, and operating expenses.
  • Manage resource allocation, vendor relationships, and partnership opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years
    of experience in business management, sales, or operations in the IT services or consulting sector.
  • Proven track record in business development and client management.
  • Experience in project delivery or P&L ownership is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
