Job Title: Learning & Development (L&D) Executive

Experience: 02 years

Location: Delhi

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning programs, modules, and training content.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify training needs and create relevant learning solutions.
  • Assist in planning and organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
  • Maintain and update training materials, manuals, and digital learning resources.
  • Track training attendance, feedback, and performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
  • Support the implementation and management of the Learning Management System (LMS).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 02 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for designing engaging and effective learning content.
