Your RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective assistance to customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
In this role you will play a key role in:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a professional and courteous manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve products, services, and customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
- Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Bachelor's degree (Mandatory).
- Freshers only.
- Open to Work from Office.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call centre software.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to US time zones.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of International culture and customer behaviour.
- Ability to handle customer Queries with patience and empathy.
