Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Advisor located in Kolkata. The Service Advisor will manage customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer-focused service, and handling aftersales service. Daily tasks will include clear communication with customers, addressing their car servicing needs, and coordinating with other team members to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Customer-focused Service experience
- Communication and Aftersales skills
- Ability to manage customer relationships effectively
- Proven track record in a similar role within the automotive industry
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training is a plus
