Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop recruiting strategies: Design and execute comprehensive recruitment plans for non-IT positions, often across different business units.
  • Build talent pipelines: Proactively source and build a robust network of qualified candidates for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Refine hiring process: Optimize the entire hiring process for non-technical roles, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates: Use job boards, social media, professional networks, and job fairs to find potential applicants.
  • Screening and interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
  • Hiring and onboarding: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, extend job offers, conduct background checks, and assist with new hire onboarding & Induction.
  • Sourcing techniques: Mastery of modern sourcing strategies, including social media recruiting and Boolean search & Expert in Job Boards Postings
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and provide updates on the hiring process.
  • Generalist Operations & HR Activities : Assisting in all HR Generalist Activities & Documentation, CV Database Maintenance.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
