They work hands-on in the market to ensure strategies resonate with target audiences and align with company goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to local markets, collaborating with internal teams to align with overall business goals.
  • Campaign Execution:Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events, managing timelines and necessary assets.
  • Market Research:Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive advantages, gathering insights to inform strategy.
  • Content Creation:Write and produce marketing copy for various platforms, including brochures, social media posts, and website content.
  • Digital Marketing:Manage and update social media platforms and company websites, and potentially assist with pay-per-click (PPC) and programmatic advertising.
  • Performance Analysis:Monitor campaign performance, analyze data using analytics tools, and provide reports with actionable insights to improve future strategies.
  • Budget Management:Assist with preparing and monitoring marketing budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effective strategies.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, publishers, and media partners to support promotional activities.
  • Sales Support:Collaborate with sales teams to create promotional materials and ensure marketing efforts support sales objectives.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for creating content and interacting with stakeholders.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing methods, social media platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and market trends to derive actionable insights.
  • Creativity: Ability to devise creative and innovative marketing approaches.
  • Organization & Project Management: Skills in organizing events, coordinating projects, and managing multiple tasks.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred
