Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal for a Recruitment Manager. The Recruitment Manager will oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Responsibilities also include collaborating with department heads to analyze workforce needs, implementing effective recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. The role requires managing recruitment metrics, enhancing employer branding, and staying updated on industry trends to attract top talent.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
  • Experience in workforce planning and recruitment strategy development
  • Strong organizational and candidate relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and handle high-pressure situations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; professional HR certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with the FMCG or manufacturing sector is advantageous
