We are looking for a results-driven and analytical Amazon Ads & Performance Marketing Specialist to take charge of our online advertising efforts across Amazon and key digital platforms in India, Europe, and the USA. Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled marketer to manage our Amazon PPC campaigns and broader performance marketing initiatives, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting strategies. The ideal candidate is experienced in e-commerce advertising, analytics, and eager to drive growth through data-led decisions

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Advertising:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon ad campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display).
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor benchmarking.
  • Manage campaign structure, daily budgets, and bid strategies.
  • Analyze data to improve ACoS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to enhance listing performance.

Performance Marketing:

  • Plan and execute campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display), and other digital platforms.
  • Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies.
  • Monitor ad spend, ROI, CPL, and CAC.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in Amazon Ads and performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising Console, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, etc..
  • Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in D2C, wellness, or personal care product categories.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, and Tata 1mg platforms.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus.
