Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Handle end-to-end management of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, or company-owned websites.
  • Product Listing & Catalog Management: Ensure accurate and attractive product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • Inventory & Stock Monitoring: Track inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain/warehouse teams to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  • Sales & Performance Tracking: Monitor sales reports, analyze performance data, and implement strategies to boost revenue and conversions.
  • Promotions & Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and advertisements to increase product visibility and sales.
  • Vendor & Platform Communication: Coordinate with marketplace account managers and vendors for smooth operations, issue resolution, and compliance.
  • Customer Experience Management: Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback; resolve escalations to maintain brand reputation.
  • Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure all listings follow marketplace rules, regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Marketing & SEO Optimization: Optimize product pages with keywords, improve search rankings, and run paid ad campaigns (AMS, Sponsored Ads, etc.).
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales, returns, ad spend, and profitability for management review.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify growth opportunities, expand product range, and implement strategies for business scaling
