Job Title: Décor Sales Associate

Minimum Experience: 3+ Years

We are seeking a friendly, creative, and customer-focused Décor Sales Associate for Event Management to join our team. In this role, you will help customers find décor products that match their style and needs, provide expert product knowledge, and support the store in maintaining an inviting and visually appealing shopping environment. {Minimum Experience: 3+ Years}

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience.
  • Assist customers in selecting décor items, offering style advice, product recommendations, and design ideas.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of décor trends, seasonal items, furniture, textiles, wall décor, lighting, and accessories.
  • Arrange and replenish merchandise to ensure displays are always clean, attractive, and on-brand.
  • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals through engaging customer interactions and upselling/ cross-selling when appropriate.
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and issues professionally.
  • Support inventory tasks, including stock checks, tagging, and receiving new products.
  • Collaborate with the team on store merchandising, seasonal resets, and promotional displays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹80,000.00 per month
