About the Role:
Compton Computers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Manager to manage procurement operations and vendor relationships in the IT hardware and networking domain. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective purchasing, timely availability of materials, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement process for IT hardware, networking equipment, servers, storage, and related solutions.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and develop new supplier networks.
Coordinate with project, sales, and technical teams to understand requirements and align procurement accordingly.
Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Prepare purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor sourcing strategies.
Support in Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) material requirements and vendor coordination.
Work closely with finance team for vendor payments and reconciliation.

Key Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
35 years of proven experience in procurement within IT hardware / networking / servers / data storage / surveillance industry.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
