Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Cloud Engineer

with hands-on experience in AWS cloud services and Infrastructure Automation. The ideal candidate will design, deploy, secure, and optimize scalable cloud environments while ensuring cost efficiency and high availability. Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration is essential.

Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German and Japanese languages will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, ECS, EKS, VPC).
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using
    Terraform

and
Ansible

.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using
Jenkins

and
GitHub Actions

.
- Implement cost optimization strategies to ensure cost-efficient cloud operations.
- Manage containerized applications using
Docker

,
ECS

, and
Kubernetes (EKS)

.
- Ensure availability, scalability, performance, and security of cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-native solutions.
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and failover strategies.
- Maintain clear documentation for architectures, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong expertise with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Load Balancers.
  • Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible for IaC and configuration management.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD automation.
  • Practical experience with Docker, ECS, and EKS deployments.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and monitoring.
  • Experience in cloud cost governance and optimization.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Language: English mandatory; German and Japanese preferred.

Good to Have :

  • AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, Professional AWS etc.)
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.)
