Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Cloud Engineer
to lead cloud architecture, infrastructure design, and platform engineering initiatives across multiple cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AWS and at least one additional cloud service provider, along with deep expertise in automation, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure as Code.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding of new technologies, platforms, and cloud products based on customer requirements—covering requirement analysis, POCs, architecture design, and implementation.
  • Architect solutions and provide technical guidance to the Platform Engineering team following industry standards and best practices.
  • Review the current cloud architectural landscape and develop automation scripts to optimize existing processes and workflows.
  • Ideate and drive enhancements across PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS offerings within AWS and other cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer's Cloud Platform (SCP) team, Application teams, and Enterprise Architecture (EA) group to support ongoing and upcoming cloud initiatives.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum
    10 years of experience
    in cloud architecture, infrastructure engineering, or cloud solution design.
  • Hands-on experience with
    AWS
    (mandatory) and at least one additional CSP—GCP or Azure.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, multi-cloud environments, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Working knowledge of
    DevSecOps toolsets
    and associated CI/CD practices.
  • Proven experience with
    Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
    tools such as
    Terraform
    .
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
