Role Description

We are seeking a People Development Partner to join our Human Resources team at Adani Group. As part of this full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, you will design and implement people development initiatives aimed at nurturing talent and facilitating leadership growth within the organization. Key responsibilities include supporting performance management processes, identifying training and development needs, conducting skill assessments, and delivering targeted learning programs. The role also involves collaborating with teams to drive employee engagement and fostering a culture of continuous improvement aligned with the company's core values.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in talent management, performance management, and leadership development
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs, conducting skill assessments, and creating development plans
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
  • Capability in creating strategies to drive employee engagement and establish a culture of continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical skills to assess workforce data and identify development needs
  • Proficiency in human resources tools and systems; knowledge of HR policies and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent are a plus
  • Experience in large-scale infrastructure or energy sectors is advantageous
