Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Technical Assistant, preferably based in Mumbai or Thane West. The Technical Assistant will provide technical support and assistance to ensure smooth operation and functionality of energy solutions and operations. Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, assisting customers with inquiries, conducting diagnostics, and ensuring effective communication between technical teams and end-users. Additionally, the role involves analyzing operational challenges to contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Assistance and Technical Support
- Strong Analytical Skills for diagnostics and problem-solving
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and provide support
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning new technologies and solutions
- Familiarity with sustainable energy technologies and solutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
