Job Summary

Bluphlux is seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using MongoDB, , React, and You will work closely with our innovative team to create efficient and scalable solutions that enhance our recruitment platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, , React, ).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  • Experience with popular workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., ).
  • Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
