We are seeking a passionate MERN Stack Trainer cum Developer (Fresher) who is enthusiastic about coding, teaching, and mentoring students. The candidate should have a solid understanding of MERN technologies (MongoDB, Express, , ) and will be responsible for both training students and working on real-time development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training & Mentoring

Deliver high-quality MERN stack training sessions as per the schedule.

Track and monitor student performance, guiding them in coding and project development.

Provide hands-on mentorship to students on both front-end and back-end concepts.

Support learners in completing assignments, projects, and interview preparation.

  1. Development & Project Work

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using MongoDB, , , and

Work on both front-end and back-end development of applications.

Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices (DRY principles).

Develop user interfaces using modern CSS methodologies and frameworks.

Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

Perform unit testing for code robustness, usability, and reliability.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of MERN Stack (MongoDB, , , ).

Familiarity with Redux, Angular (added advantage), RESTful Web Services, and SOA.

Experience in designing dynamic and responsive web pages.

Good understanding of version control (Git/GitHub).

Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and debugging skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities for mentoring students.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

MERN Stack certification / project experience (mandatory).
