**Responsibilities**
- Conduct training sessions on the MERN stack, covering concepts, principles, and best practices.
- Design and maintain databases, APIs, and user interfaces.
- Deliver interactive and hands-on training sessions to impart practical skills and knowledge.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of participants.
- Assess participants progress and performance through quizzes, assignments, and practical evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback to individuals or groups, identifying areas for improvement.
- Monitor training effectiveness and make adjustments to enhance the learning experience.
- Passion for teaching is a must
- Ability to do projects
- As a trainer, you will build learning resources, assignments
- Conduct live lectures and be comfortable using video conferencing platforms and other learning tools
- You will also act as a mentor to the students and help them navigate a career as full stack engineer
- Offer students technical support and career guidance
- Be a thought leader in your field and help shape the future of hundreds of young professionals
- Faculty who are ready to upgrade in new technology
- Should be capable of completing the assigned module in the given time.

**Experience** : 1 year min*

**Qualification**: BCA, MCA, Btech CS

**Language Proficiency**:

- English: Professional level - both in written & communication
- Malayalam: Communicative level

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
